We respect our customers privacy and do not keep or store any sensitive information on our side. This online store is build on Hostinger platform and corresponds to all terms and conditions that are part of the system. From our side we would like to insure on the safety of all your personal information. 

Shipping

All products are shipped using the DPD Fresh courier service to ensure prompt delivery to our clients. Once your order payment is confirmed, items are typically delivered within 36-60 hours.

Please note that deliveries are made only on working days (Monday to Friday). Therefore, please take into consideration that courier services are unavailable during weekends and public holidays. Consequently, orders placed on Thursday or Friday may not be delivered until the following week, typically on Monday or Tuesday.

All shipment costs are calculated and displayed during the product selection and checkout process in our online store.

Return Policy

All our products are shipped out fresh and are examined before leaving for the client. Purchaser is responsible to check the packaging upon receiving it from the courier and incase of any defects submit a complain to the courier. If the product had been damaged during the transportation or a wrong item had been shipped, credit will be granted for an exchange.

• Product that had been tampered with or partially consumed will not be refunded.
• ​Returned items have to be shipped in original packaging at the temperature of 0C at all time.  This can be achieved by using the original packaging with frozen gel elements that have been included in package.  Delivery time should not exceed 3 days.
• ​​Claim has to be made within 24 hours from receiving the goods to the company e-mail [email protected].
